Great location, views, ambient. Unfortunately staff pretty unfriendly and borderline rude. We felt like they wanted us to leave as soon as we came. Annoyed at any question I asked.
We waited for 30 mins and even though staff saw us, they didn't think to mention that it's self service.
Pretty terrace though
Location: as the cafe is on the top of a hill, I had to take a taxi to get there. If you intend in wearing high heels, plan in a car transportation. The rooms was lovely decorated and super cute.
Food: good quality and tasty.
Staff: very attentive and efficient. Always walking around and pleasing the guests.
Bathroom: the reason I took away one star. Although it seemd clean the odor was absolutely terrible.

Amazing view. Food was good, though standard fair. Service was ok. They were very busy. I would suggest getting coffee and cake at the outside counter and enjoying the wonderful view from their outside patio.
Great breakfast buffet and a very nice view. Perfect place to enjoy yourself.
Location: if you intend to come with High Heels do yourself a favour and take a taxi up the hill.. the location is very pretty and you get a magnificent view over Graz.

This location is really beautiful, but service is really slowly. If I would own this, I would invest in educated, good and fast working staff. Last time we left even without ordering anything (and we saw many people doing the same) because the selfservice queue for the outside area was just to long and we did not really see it getting shorter. So, I would give 5 Star for the location and the view, but slow service and limited offer of food and sometimes confused waiters lead the ranking to max 3
